What is a Brewer's Dinner? A brewer's dinner is a special night that brings together our brewer extroirdinaire and our talented kitchen staff. A team of JBC chefs and kitchen staff create a menu weeks in advance. They spend that time tweaking each recipe until it is perfect. Tom, JBC's head brewer, decides which of his brews will best accent each course of the meal.

Once the big night arrives, everyone involved comes together to host the social event. Tom will talk about his brew and the lead chef will discuss the menu. Guests enjoy five courses - each paired with a handcrafted JBC brew. It's a combination that compliments the plate, the pint and the pallet.
